I heard that if you dont have ADD and you take Ritalin, it has the opposite effect on you. Is this true? What exactly are the effects? Also, what are the effects of taking Ritalin and Caffeine? Thank you so much

You are already reflecting exceptionally good common sense. You should ask your doctor or pharmacist about this. You definitely don’t want to take anything that may cause you harm. Try to get an alternative for the “ritalin” as well. Whatever you do, refuse the “Prozac” if it comes up in the discussion because it has caused the calmest people to “commit suicide.” Also, read any material from “real ” alternative doctors such as Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Cass Ingram. They have gotten a lot of flack from the medical community because they don’t “play around” with people. They actually have “positive” helpful information that cures folk.
