Question by : Should I make a police report?
I left my live-in boyfriend watching my 6 month old daughter for fifteen minutes last month only to return and find out he was smoking pot outside while watching her through a window! I was disgusted completely. I made arrangements to move out to protect my baby and just did this weekend.

Now that I’m outta there, should I report this incident to the police? We are expecting another child and I don’t want either of my babies around illegal drug use.
I’m quite aware of the effects of marijuana on the human body. I am a licensed substance abuse counselor actually and left him because I recognize his lack of readiness to quit at this time. It is unfortunate.

My coworkers tell me to report him and I agree somewhat. I was just wondering what the general population has to say.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeees. Coz of the kid thing not the pot tho I mean to me, I like pot but not irresponsible pot usage its like watching a baby smashed.

not if it won’t happen again. Plus if you report him they not only won’t be around the drug but not around him cause he’s in jail. Or you could just stay moved out.
