Please Evaluate My List of “10 Ways to Avoid Being Murdered”?

Question by Justice Waits: Please evaluate my list of “10 ways to Avoid being murdered”?
Can I get some law enforcement feedback on my list of 10 Ways to Avoid Being Murdered:

1) Do not drink alcohol or take illegal drugs, or associate with people who do these things.
2) Do not yell, abuse, belittle or curse people and stay away from people who do these things
3) Carefully chose the company you keep: Do not be a criminal or associate with criminals
4) Do not commit adultery, patronize prostitutes, have anonymous homosexual relationships
5) Do not seek revenge for wrongs committed
6) Do not walk around talking on a cell phone, browsing the internet, or listening to music with headphones—be aware of where you are and who is nearby
7) Do not argue with strangers. Walk away from trouble. Be careful and aware around strangers and in crowds and in public
8) Avoid allowing strangers into your home
9) Don’t seek to draw attention to yourself in public
10) Don’t get tattooed or associate with tattooed people.

Do you agree or disagree? Did I miss anything?
