One of my friends tried one and a half yellow star pokeballs last friday and he told me that his mom might drug test him soon
do you think it will show up in the test?
he is really concered about it and is wondering if he should just confess before the test to seem more honest or just take the test

yes it will show up. Ecstasy stays in the system for weeks.
