Fish oil is supposed to help with ADHD in Children and adults. Does it? What happenend when you changed it?

It didn’t work, things got worst! I’m and adult with ADHD and fish oil doesn’t work for me either. But that being said, each person is different as well, what might not work for myself and kids might work for your child! Basically the only way to find out is to try it and see what happens!
