Hi! I have been GRATEFULLY clean and sober from all substances including cigarettes (except 1 cup of coffee a day) for 5 years. I have regular check ups on how my body & organs are doing. But, I have a weird question. What kind of crazy substances (besides cocaine) did I put in my body with the crack? Was it just cut with baking soda? I don’t know if any recovering addicts remember the “ringers” that crazy sound you’d hear when smoking it. This was in the West side of Chicago area at the time. Does anyone know what that was from? Just worried lately-trying to stay as healthy as possible!!!!
I did google it, got weird results. no answers. doctors don’t know either. but thanks

Google it to see if you can find something on it. You might want to try something like “substances in crack cocaine.” Good luck.
