generally “drug tests” are meant to deal with poly substance concerns,
ie. any abused or abuseable drug..

opiates
stimulants
mdma
nicotine
marijuana,
cocaine.
alcohol

depending on the purpose of the test, whether it’s for employment, or the courts, can change how this test is administered.

It your intent is to deceive that fact is indicative of a problem with the substance, perhaps the best course of action is total abstinence, and if you have problems with that maybe you need to be attending AA or NA meetings on a regular basis.
