Ok, I was in the E.R. twice, two weeks ago. Because apparently the symptoms I had associated with a panic attack.

The Panic I had was very very sever. (was influence by drugs) cocaine, ephedrine pills. What had triggered the hieghten panic attack was the cocaine.

I am doing some counseling. 2nd going into the 3rd meeting. I kinda need help now. Because Im starting to have episodes that arent full blown “tunnel vision, going unconciouse” but feels like its getting there.

Everytime it happend, was when im driving, or at school (after a long period on the computer). a sudden slow breathe comes.

Well, during the second meeting with the counselor, she says I may have adhd.

My question is::
Do the “anti-depresent” help wiht the breathing problems?, it prevents that “situation” from happending? what does it do?,

is it my mind thats causing this situation ie: short breath, if not controlled i feel tingly and faintly passing out. Hopefully not
Well when these panic attacks start to develope. the only thing that seemed to relieve is having a cold bottle of water or a ice bag over my head.

Anti-depressants won’t do anything but an anxiety pill can help. I’m on Ativan and it helps me.
