I had a dream that I did crack cocaine. I have never done it before in real life, but in the dream I felt like what the feeling had been described to me. Very weird.

So, I take it this occurs within the dream and not exterior of it?!!!
consider the implication of the drug “crack cocaine” – something highly addictive. Think on that!!
You do not tell us how you became influenced here. Very important to note the influence because the dream says you are becoming involved in something very addictive.
But, how….??? you do not tell the “story” so that we can determine whether the impact of its true symbol has any bearing on what’s happening with you. You keep mentioning the “sensation”. are you liking the way you are feeling? Or is this a game? May be a video game. Can’t even tell!
