I have applied for a job recently and I am sure I will be called for an interview I am wondering if I should stop my Allegra-D till after the drug test to eliminate any possible false positives

My mom says you need to stop taking it because it can test positive for Methamphetamine.She says it has a drug called ephedrine in it.She says they won’t believe you if you test positive.
