I am going to be doing a research paper on a pregenant woman who is a heavy user of Meth, how this drug effects her babys personality and development just because his or her Mom used Meth. My teacher wants us to be specific, so how much does a person need to be doing daily to be considered a “heavy user” and any other information would be really helpful.
